Hating the IVR? (interactive voice response, that is, the guided recordings you get on most companies toll free lines that ask you to "choose from the following menu...")
Here's a website that tells you how to get to a human operator fast for many major corporations. Worth it just for the page name "Find A Human"

I used it! I did it to the Sprint computer female voice yesterday! The first time she said, "Speak..." I said, "AGENT!" and it took me directly to a human. What a feeling of power to make that asinine computer do just what I wanted it to!!!
What pisses me off is the big lie when they say "Please listen to the entire menu as our options have changed."
Bullshit. I just start pounding on "O" in the vain attempt to speak to a breathing human.
