Are those inconsiderate boffins at NASA aware of the damage they are doing to poor souls like this woman?

Im amazed that this story (an excellent one) comes from Moscow. Given the race round here to sue everyone on everything (Guidant defibs and Teflon being the latest) I'm amazed the local vultures haven't latched onto this.
